Studio monitors for producing EDM and Techno?

For reference, it looks like you can add an SVS SB-1000 or SVS SB-3000 with any set of good monitors and get the low extension I am looking for. Adam Audio T7V monitors look to be a good match to these subs

Recommended speakers?

I'd recommend starting with a pair of Adam Audio T5V's or T7V Then after you figure out your acoustic treatment, you can upgrade your system with the matching sub

Finally retired my Corsair Vengeance H1500 after 11 years 😇

If Icue eq isn't doing it, EqualizerAPO is a cool free program with a lot of eq and compressor options. I use Adam Audio T7V's and Beyer Dynamic DT770 pros and it's fine on both.

First completed Trance track (Still needs a lot of cleaning up, I know.....)

I should have added that i have no monitor speakers. I have only a pair of Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro's, BUT I have just ordered some Adam Audio T7V's. I only have a really old M-Audio interface, but upon doing some research, I also have a Cambridge Audio Upsampling Dacmagic. Apparently this should pair

Looking for an at home audio system for music/ movies

There is a wide range of powered and active speakers that might suit but tke somethings into account. For DJ you need phono stage pre-amps in the turntable, the amplifier or powered speakers. Many DSP active streaming speakers have poor latency and are not suitable for DJ or gaming. Analogue active

Kef LSX II LT or Coda W

Adams Audio pure analogue inputs on the T5V, T7V, T8V and other ranges. Near field detailed speakers with the larger models having more bass and none of the budget spent on DACs, digital, HDMI or streaming services which might all need replacing in 5 or 10 years time.

Looking speaker for gaming and listening music under 450

Since you may not be able to get a favourable Adam T7V in Indonesia, I would like to agree with u/INetRunner unconditionally and recommend the Kali LP6v2. These are active speakers, so the amplifier is already integrated. You can either use your computer's DAC by connecting them to the headphone out

Do I need a amp if I get a reciver

In the golden days when tubes were everywhere we had radiograms and stereograms in large pieces of furniture. When we started to get transistors and integrated circuits in the late 60 and 70s we got separate amplifiers to turntables. Pre-amp with power amps were very rare due to the price and would

In your budget I think there is Adam Audio 2.1 set available on Sweetwater that you could use with either XLR or not. https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/T7VT10SBun--adam-audio-t7v-7-inch-powered-studio-monitor-pair-with-t10s-10-inch-powered-studio-subwoofer Except I think your amp might blow th

Bookshelf speakers + sub recommendations

Not necessarily. - Either you connect the monitors (see Adam T7V) to the headphone output of your laptop and use the DAC of your computer or - you decide in favour of active speakers with an integrated DAC, which you then connect via USB (see Adam D3V). I personally recommend an audio interface in t
