Looks like the lever that comes with 8bitdo arcade stick, at least the one I got years ago had a stick that looks exactly like this. I ended up changing it too because I hate how it feels, or more precisely the lack of it. 4 first pins and directions, 4 last are ground. You can merge ground into one

8bitdo's arcade stick is considered pretty good. I have the original that was just a rebranded Mayflash arcade stick, and even it's pretty damn good, and the v2 is supposedly quite a bit better.

I just received my MiSTer Multisystem2, week before last, and pulled the trigger on the 8bitdo Arcade Stick--it seemed like a straightforward match for what I was looking for from a reputable company--and it arrived about a week ago. Unfortunately I haven't been impressed--while I suspect it works w
