I have a standard gaggia classic pro and I did two things to get better espresso. I got a 9 bar spring and I got a 1Zpresso k-ultra hand grinder and the finished product is a whole different world. The biggest difference was getting a better grinder. The DF series should be fine (pun intended).

For manual hand grinders, the 1ZPresso K-Ultra is tough to beat for espresso, but it's also one of the pricier options if you don't want to commit right away.

I have never brewed Mokka, but is there any reason the usual recommendations for handgrinders capable enough for pourover and espresso wouldn't be adequate? I've been so ecstatic with my 1ZPresso K-Ultra that I sold my Fellow Ode. I can't imagine it wouldn't work perfectly well for Mokka.
