Would this be a good gift?
I like the handle and bolster on the Zwilling Pro. Although I wouldn't recommend doing so to just anyone, I've chopped through chicken thigh bones without issue using my Zwilling Pro 7 inch Rocking Santoku. They are a classy looking knife with a nice heft to them. Mostly in the handle, so they don't
