Cheapest: Xteink X4. It'll do what you want, but is 4". Roughly $50 shipped on aliexpress. Fails on the night reading requirement since it doesn't have a built-in light. But it's the cheapest. There are reasons why most e-readers don't have glass screens... Reflections and worse light diffusion even when matte, weight, comprised contrast being some of them. Stupid idea IMO. It's not even that I don't care - I specifically don't want this in my device given the drawbacks it would ensure. P
