Anyone else using the Miyoo Mini to read books?

I love the Miyoo Mini, but I prefer e ink for eBooks. Ordered yesterday a Mini eink device (Xteink X4), that would be a great companion for the Miyoo Mini ๐Ÿ˜

If XTeink decides to make a bigger device, I think this is the ideal size

There are so many great 6-7" e-ink readers already. Not saying xteink couldnt make their version of such a device a great one but to me the size of x4 and x3 is what really differentiates them from the competition. I have the Boox Go 7" and the x4 and to me that's the perfect combo - Boox at home an

Kobo or Boox: Which did you choose? FAQ feedback appreciated.

If you want to run any app what is out there, get an Android e-reader. Makes it can be a Kindle, Pocketbook, Kobo, Libby (using all accounts), it can be whatever you want including Koreader + no need to make file conversions. And it handles PDF files like a dream. Also comics and manga will be way s

Curious about the Xteink X4? Here's a full review.

I've got one in the mail because I love the concept, but the Y-Ben P47L is probably the more sensible choice for most people (although the battery life is terrible). The Xteink S4 is apparently going to be android based, but given the weight bump to 100g I think I'll stick with the P47L. I wish we h

Sell me on your favorite ereader

If you havent seen this yet https://comparisontabl.es/e-readers/ This page is so helpful. So! I have the Clara BW and it's absolutely love it - especially the light settings! The OS is so much better than Kindle's too. Depending on your own preference, the textured back is hit or miss but it makes i

New to eReaders, considering Xteink X4 โ€“ have a few questions

Welcome to the world of eReaders! Itโ€™s a bit of a rabbit hole, but a great one. To give you some context, Iโ€™ve been building a community hub for Xteink users (inspired by the 'slow tech' and community vibes of places like readme.club), so hereโ€™s the breakdown based on what weโ€™ve gathered so far: 1.

New to eReaders, considering Xteink X4 โ€“ have a few questions

As an avid eReader fan, I love my X4... but i really don't suggest it as someone's first eReader unless they're also into other niche subgroups (like sbc gaming) cause... yeah. The X4 does not really come woth books (mine had i think 2 preloaded epubs both of which have issues because of the X4's OS

Questions before I buy

Can you read books on the X4 via Onleihe (the German system for library books)? If you mean your local library's ebook lending system (German or otherwise), the answer's almost certainly NO. For that to happen, someone who knows the inner workings of the library system needs to write custom firmware
