I’d suggest an Exped Megamat dupe. I had dimensional constraints otherwise I would have gotten a dupe as well. But the Exped foam plus blow up hybrid style is great. Regardless which matress you get, a flextailgear pump is rechargeable, tiny, and inflates and deflates. Indispensible part of my kit.

Wurkkos FC11 in 4000k. I think it's around 1200 lumens and the color makes shining it on stainless easier. I work with a lot of stainless steel and white lights are blinding. Thankfully we live in the heyday of inexpensive but very nice flashlights. If you like that form factor I would recommend the Sofirn SC13 or Wurkkos FC11. USB C rechargeable and much brighter than your current light. Check out those brands or Acebeam for inexpensive but reliable lights
