Firefox 149 will offer a free built-in VPN, split views, tab notes and optional AI windows
Depends on the context. For example most open sourced software is free because it helps with the development of the code or because making it free is to the benefit of everyone involved (Ex. the Linux kernel) Or using the 2 trustworthy (in my opinion) "free" VPN's that I know of (Windscribe and Prot

VPN firm says it didn’t know customers had lifetime subscriptions, cancels them
Yeah I'm in a similar situation with another VPN. Bought a lifetime subscription back in 2016/2017 that they were offering for ~$60 since they were a new startup, but only years later did they subtly update the account page to say "expires in 2027." Still a good deal compared to pretty much any othe

Windscribe has all the bells and whistles, including some that you probably don't need. Mullvad does exactly what it says it does, and does it day in, day out. Proton is kinda b

Well, here it is, folks...
Here is something for you all. As you know you can use VPN to bypass this (How long that will last is another matter) But there will be quite a fair few on here not able to afford VPN. Please do not fall for the free VPN's you see online and sites. If you want a free VPN that is legitimate and safe

Switching from ProtonVPN to Windscribe: Some of My Experiences
Proton Is a overhyped vpn and company. Clearly trying to play out huge marketing cards and buzzwords while going the "checkmark " feature list of endless new features and high pricing. It's simple as that. Windscribe is easily one if not the top vpn right now specially regarding quality they really

Giveaway through FB/YT etc.
Windscribe simply wants to grow their presence on social media. They need to find a way to compete with other VPN providers in order to grow as a company, even though they themselves are most likely not 100% behind this approach as well. Other providers spend tons of money on ads, influencers and re
