Any solutions for this?
Eventually it happens with all VPNs as they gain popularity. Proton used to be great in the past but now every site knows you use VPN if you use Proton. Perhaps Windscribe is growing enough to get on the radar too.

I need a good VPN.
ProtonVPN free ➝ Free, Unlimited data. Windscribe free ➝ 10 GB per month data but faster compared to ProtonVPN free. Mozilla's Proxy extension ➝ Only available in USA, UK, Germany, France as of 17/04/2026. 50GB/month limit. Mullvad or IVPN ➝ If you can pay then these are the most private VPNs you ca

How can I combine Prime + discovery+ + NOW to get UCL/EPL/F1 within £45 without a Sky TV contract?

YouTube TV knows I am using a VPN
YouTube TV checks GPS on mobile not just IP. VPN alone won't work unlesss you're on desktop or laptop. switched to Bamboo VPN for streaming stuff gets detected waaay less than Windscribe bc their IPs aren't burned yet.

Well
Use a VPN is the most straightforward way to circumvent geo-restrictions. VPN services like Windscribe only cost $3usd a month (if you do the build your own plan) with no contract. Windscribe also lets you take it out for a test drive by giving you 10 gigs free every month.

Is Windscribe really safe to use
Indeed, Windscribe is a verified secure VPN that adheres to a "no logs" policy. They have been established in the industry for a considerable time, are easily reachable, and maintain a high level of transparency, as demonstrated on their website at https://windscribe.com/transparency.

What’s the point of a VPN when its traffic is always blocked?
I doubt Proton can do much about it, maybe they can change IP address, but it won't last long before being blacklisted again. Just don't use payment systems with a VPN, payment systems are not anonym, so you don't need VPN for them. For streaming etc. you're right, there are other VPNs like Windscri

I've been using Windscribe. Not sure if it's worth the incredibly cringey emails they send me, though. People also talk about the benefits of a VPN, but none of the downsides. A lot of websites just bar you entirely if you're using one. My bank in particular just hates it. Never doing that again.
