Which premium subscription is actually worth the money in 2026?

Microslop in their infinite wisdom.

Interesting that privacy stuff is under attack. The US government wants us to think that a VPN can strip away our rights. Mightily convenient. I’d still trust Windscribe with my data even if it were ‘risky’ in some way to do so.

Windscribe joins Signal in threatening Canada exit over controversial surveillance bill

Good on you Windscribe! I have nothing to fear from my government at the moment about any of my online activities, but I have concerns that it may be different in the future. I do not like the increasing support worldwide for political parties that are leaning toward fascism.

Windscribe joins Signal in threatening Canada exit over controversial surveillance bill

Adguard vs Nextdns vs ControlID from a legal and privacy perspective.

Yegor, CEO of Windscribe VPN (and of ControlD) once travelled to Greece to attend a court case demanding Windscribe VPN logs, only to personally testify and give evidence that there are no logs. That's as trustworthy as it gets for me.

Windscribe joins Signal in threatening Canada exit over controversial surveillance bill

A company like Signal can just shut off the Canadian servers and reroute Canadian traffic to other countries, but the problem with Windscribe is that it's based in Canada and thus might still be subject to these rules for their international servers. The more likely scenario is that they just reloca

My Privacy Journey

You have made decent choices, but like /u/No_Yak2845, I would suggest reconsidering Windscribe VPN for the future. Remember, any VPN not accepting either cash or anonymous crypto like Monero for payment, does actually want to know who you are, they can tell from your payment details. I suggest you s

Utah VPN Law Update Just Hit and Im Freaking Out

VPN as a service will never go away, well at least not until it's no longer required. Some VPNs (eg. Windscribe) apparently are able to mask their traffic to make it totally appear local. The way they're going to pinpoint these 'bad' VPNs is via the endpoint IP that your traffic egresses from. Your
