Apparently I died during open mat today

I use a whoop band with an arm strap :) - my gym allows it, and putting it up on my bicep doesn’t really disturb me or my training partner

Oura Ring?

https://www.reddit.com/r/ouraring/comments/1n38dbc/oura_partnered_with_tech_surveillance_company/ If i was you, I would read this reddit post before buying an oura ring. Maybe a whoop band is a good option (if you can afford oura, you can afford whoop), since you can wear it on different body parts, not

Heart rate monitor recommendations

FWIW: I wear a Whoop (optical HR monitor) on my upper arm 24/7. I barely notice it. For 98% of my rides, I just use the data from the whoop strap instead of my garmin chest strap. I have compared the 2 of them multiple times by double recording and the whoop is usually 99% in-line with the garmin. A

What do watch wearers do?!

So I went through a similar situation. 1. I was also annoyed with the battery life and 2. I also wanted to start wearing my nice watches again. I also wanted to stop being bothered by lots of notifications on my arm. In the end, I got a whoop band. It’s not the same polish/integration of Apple but I

My Honest opinion on WHOOP 5.0 MG from a long time member

The main reason I originally got a Whoop was for the sleep tracking and insights. That’s still the number one feature for me, and it’s definitely helped me sleep better. I’ve tried sleep tracking on Apple Watch and Samsung before, but none of them are as easy to wear 24/7 as the Whoop. The comfort m

Bevel vs Whoop

You can buy a whoop band or third party band and use it with Helio strap chip. Very simple to plop it out and into another comfortable band

Is the Helio Strap supposed to be this small?

Yes I didn't find it the most comfortable and my older brother had same issue U have squeezing it on . He brought a rubber sports band for it and I brought an adapter and using whoop strap instead and find it very comfy

Morpheus 2.0 question

Morpheus is fitness influencer garbage, capitalizing on the Zone 2 craze. If you want a subscription based heart rate thing that tells you useless information, just get a WHOOP strap. Just look at all the people who endorse Morpheus, it’s all like UFC fighters and people you’ve never heard of lol Mo

Strangest trigger yet-

While it’s possible, I don’t think this is it. Reason being is that I have periodically worn stuff on my right wrist for very extended periods of time as well. Never had snug as a Whoop band, but I’ve slept in tons of different bands/bracelets. Maybe just for experiments sake I’ll wear my Garmin on

My Amazfit Helio with a Whoop Strap

Comfort wise It feels great, honestly. Looks wise it's pretty nice too, from all angles. It is larger in height from the whoop & helio strap but it's about as slim as it can get if you want it to feel/look like a whoop. I love the whoop design in general and much prefer it over the regular helio str
