Apple Explores Shaking Up Its Smartwatch for a New Era

I'd like something closer to a whoop band or ring so I can wear an analog watch again!

Apparently I died during open mat today

I use a whoop band with an arm strap :) - my gym allows it, and putting it up on my bicep doesn’t really disturb me or my training partner

Oura Ring?

https://www.reddit.com/r/ouraring/comments/1n38dbc/oura_partnered_with_tech_surveillance_company/ If i was you, I would read this reddit post before buying an oura ring. Maybe a whoop band is a good option (if you can afford oura, you can afford whoop), since you can wear it on different body parts, not

Wearing 2 different watches possible but for completely different activities

I currently use an active 2 for strictly workouts and cardio and I have a helio in a whoop band that I can mount any watch face to for daily wear and sleep comfortably. Zepp app works great bouncing between the 2

In Every mechanical / cirqa combo picture, the Cirqa is dominating in wrist presence

It does wear comparable to a whoop. If anything it is probably more eye catching than the standard whoop band. The wrist band is extremely comfortable though. One issue i had with the fitbit air was even though it was small, i didn't find the band i got (steph curry) comfortable personally. I think

Bicep band

Yeah it does click into place. It definitely took some time for me to know how the clasp works, it was my first time using their straps. So it can be annoying to figure it out. I think the Helio Strap is easier to use since it just Velcros on. With the whoop strap, you have to adjust it to the size

Heart rate monitor recommendations

FWIW: I wear a Whoop (optical HR monitor) on my upper arm 24/7. I barely notice it. For 98% of my rides, I just use the data from the whoop strap instead of my garmin chest strap. I have compared the 2 of them multiple times by double recording and the whoop is usually 99% in-line with the garmin. A

What do watch wearers do?!

So I went through a similar situation. 1. I was also annoyed with the battery life and 2. I also wanted to start wearing my nice watches again. I also wanted to stop being bothered by lots of notifications on my arm. In the end, I got a whoop band. It’s not the same polish/integration of Apple but I

My Honest opinion on WHOOP 5.0 MG from a long time member

The main reason I originally got a Whoop was for the sleep tracking and insights. That’s still the number one feature for me, and it’s definitely helped me sleep better. I’ve tried sleep tracking on Apple Watch and Samsung before, but none of them are as easy to wear 24/7 as the Whoop. The comfort m
