First Pc and I need some opinions.
Any 6000 RAM with CL less than 40 will work fine. some good SSDs: WD Blue SN5000/SN7100, Kioxia Exceria Plus G3/Plus G4, Samsung 990 EVO Plus; get whichever one is cheapest.

First build opinions
The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years; it should not be used for the OS. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Lexar NM620 256 GB/512 GB or WD Blue SN5000.

I have the same questions but I've got enough of an understanding of what old mate said to be able to translate. Some of what he said is wrong so I'm just going to filter it so it's correct. The main difference is that the 5000 is a bit faster (Reads/writes 5150/4900 mb/s vs the sn580 r/W: 4150/4150

Aio and psu are overpriced. Nvme is qlc which is not the most reliable and durable. specify the ssd model bro, a 'crucial' ssd can even be the E100 models, which is pretty garbage, go with a better ssd like wd sn5000, sn7100
