NAND types: TLC/QLC options in corsair, QLC in crucial. QLC might slow down significantly (below 100MBps) when its cache filled up or if its near full. Best option if you can afford is the western digital black SN770M

I'd go for the steam deck but go for the smaller memory to save on cost. If you want to swap out for 2tb internal memory later (wd_black sn770m NVMe SSD-$134) it's an easy swap (you literally take off the back and slip out the old memory for the new one, nothing complicated) I've found I spent more
