if you want more performance for 3d modeling and productivity id suggest you get the 9800x if you can. and probably get a X870 to get better power delivery. id suggest swapping that SSD to one with Dram like the 990 pro or wd black sn850. that cooler will not be anywhere near enough to cool that CPU
