Get a fast and huge ssd as fast as you can, at least a 4TB. The samsung 990 pro is the fastest, and there are some who go straight away to the WD_BLACK SN850P 8TB. And marry her again ;)

The 9700X can be easily cooled with air. You would choose an AiO only for the looks. The P310 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years.
