I use and recommend an uplift desk. I’ve been using it for years and it works exactly the same today as it did when I bought it. I have a ton of weight on it too with no issues. Whatever you decide, be sure to get a desk that has presets.

Last year, for Black Friday, I bought myself the craft table from UpLift. I wouldn't use anything else. I can adjust it to the right height for me, so my back doesn't hurt when cutting or sewing. 10/10 would recommend any of the Uplift desks (my husband and I also use them for our work desks)

I think that's about the most desk you could expect to get for $400. It's old, but the desks in tge $400 don't have as good motors as uplift to begin with.
