I think im healing and im hopeful
Hi everyone,
Im a long time user of this sub and ive posted here and there with some negative announcements.
But today I looked at my smart ring. (I went from a smart watch to the ultrahuman ring.) And so I saw the max heartrate was 135, which it used to be 160 multiple times a day, then every tim

Which smart ring would you recommend for me?
Hi everyone,
I'm currently looking for my first smart ring, primarily to monitor general health metrics like sleep, stress, heart rate, etc. Tracking workouts and activity is a nice bonus, but not the main priority. I've had some health concerns lately, so having reliable health monitoring is real

My experience with the Amazfit Helio Ring
Hi everyone. I wanted to share my experience with the new Helio Ring for anybody curious. I used it for about a month. I'm 30F, a full time hospital nurse, I stay pretty active with long walks and yoga and weights. This was my first experience with a smart ring. I'm a long time Apple Watch user and

Help me choose a smart ring!
Hi, I'm fairly new to wearables and I've had an apple watch for a few years (apple watch series 7) and I like it but don't wear it at night and often forget to wear it and don't like to bc it can become uncomfortable after a while.
I'm really starting to get into my personal health and health data

Looking for advice on smart rings for health trends (recovery, stress, sleep)
Hi everyone!
I’ve been lurking in this community for a while but finally decided to post to get some opinions. I’ve recently started diving into the world of wearables and specifically smart rings. I’d like a health monitoring device that lets me keep wearing regular watches. I looked into fitness

Is the oura the only ring detecting illness?
I am looking into smart rings and I’m not thrilled about how expensive they are, especially with subscriptions, although I understand why lol. I have been experiencing weird heart rate patterns and odd sleeping (and I’m in the no insurance club) so I wanted to get a smart ring to collect the data to

Has anyone tried wearing a smart ring?
I had a client at work show me his smart ring of the oura brand. It’s kinda pricey but i was impressed that it can measure rem sleep. I wonder how accurate it is. It measures oxygenation and heart rate and blood pressure too.
Has anyone tried it?
I already know I have difficulty maintaining rem

Smart ring suggestion that is NOT Oura, Ultrahuman, or Ringconn…
Hey everyone! I still have a Ringconn Gen 1 from their kickstarter two or so years ago. Love it, but the battery has become weak over time. So I navigated to this subreddit for suggestions, and let me tell you, I’m shocked by the ruling that just came out. For that reason alone, I kinda don’t want t

Feature request for Coros HR Monitor
It would be super cool if we could use the Coros HR Monitor for daily heart rate monitoring (stress, sleep, etc.). I have tattoos on both of my wrists, so the watch's optical HR monitor is absolutely useless for me :D I didn't know about optical sensors having issues with ink before getting one.

What triggers/worsen your symptoms?
Personally:
- Temperature: Long exposure to heat (anything above 90 degrees) makes me miserable. As much as I hate winter, it doesn't seem to affect me as much
- Altitude: I recently visited Bogota, Colombia (8,800 feet altitude) and couldn't shake a horrible headache and palpitations for 5 days
