I think im healing and im hopeful
Hi everyone,
Im a long time user of this sub and ive posted here and there with some negative announcements.
But today I looked at my smart ring. (I went from a smart watch to the ultrahuman ring.) And so I saw the max heartrate was 135, which it used to be 160 multiple times a day, then every tim

I always wanted to get a smart ring to track my health without wearing a smartwatch which was ruining my outfit most of the time.
I found 5 different smart rings that I wanted to try:
- Ultrahuman ring AIR
- [Oura ring (I was using gen 3 which is now with $80 OFF)](https://productadvice.link/ouraring

How I reclaimed my time with Energy-based scheduling
Not long ago, I felt completely overwhelmed. My calendar was jammed with back-to-back commitments, tasks always took longer than I expected, and even though I was working late into the evenings, I was getting less and less done.
I kept experimenting with productivity hacks, but nothing stuck - unti

I Don’t Get The Hate!
I swear every post that pops up on my feed from this sub is from someone saying how much they hate UH with a laundry list of complaints.
These technologies are not perfect. This is a relatively new technology (smart ring), so of course there are going to be kinks. I don’t know what people expected

Which smart ring would you recommend for me?
Hi everyone,
I'm currently looking for my first smart ring, primarily to monitor general health metrics like sleep, stress, heart rate, etc. Tracking workouts and activity is a nice bonus, but not the main priority. I've had some health concerns lately, so having reliable health monitoring is real

Montor your health and wear luxury
Samsung Smart ring with whatever watch you want! This is something I wanted for a while. So stoked to keep track of health and still wear a mechanical watch!
And if you military, $160 of this ring from samsung.

Smart ring updates, which one’s actually worth buying?
Been noticing a bunch of updates in the smart ring recently
Oura Ring 4 ceramic edition, never seen a ring in that material before, looks sleek and might appeal more to female users. Not sure how durable ceramic will be though.
RingConn updated the app, haven’t heard much else.

Is there anything that isn't commodified in our modern society?
Is there anything out there that's not actually a commodity these days? I honestly can't think of one thing, and I would love to be wrong.
I feel stuck fracturing into ever more discrete and digital commodities. My attention, my feelings, my identity, my hobbies, my life in general. Maybe this is j

Testing smart rings in 2025
I tested out 5 different smart rings this year. I tested one ring per month and then wrote down what I like or don’t like about them. Since all of them have 30 day money-back guarantee, I was able to send some of them back, so I didn’t have to worry about spending a lot of money.
