Extreme premature photo aging- any hope? Late 30s but look 70

She not only needs to moisturize externally but also internally. She should take her body weight in lbs and divide it in half. Take that number and that is how many ounces she should aim to drink daily. In addition, I recommend adding electrolytes like Ultima Replenisher to her water bottle that has

Game time: Name a random thing that now reminds you of Ashley.

Still irrationally mad that she’s trying to get sponsored by Ultima Replenishers, which ACTUALLY keep me out of the hospital 😭😭😭

Electrolytes recommendations?

While I'm sure some electrolytes are high in sugar and sodium, not all are. This is Ultima Replenisher and, as you can see, neither of those is true for this product. I chose this brand after comparing labels of the different options. I take 1 scoop of this on normal days in 30 oz of water to enhanc

No matter how much water I drink during the day i'm parched right before bed?

That pattern usually isn’t a water problem, it’s timing and electrolyte balance, since plain water all day can leave sodium a bit low by night, leading to thirst and palpitations. What’s helped me is shifting electrolytes later and making sure sodium isn’t skimpy: something like Redmond Re-Lyte, or

Don’t be me!

Oh my gosh!! I'm so sorry that happened to you!!! I think a lot of people mistakenly believe that any form of liquid helps you hydrate. Unfortunately that's not the case... In fact due to caffeine and sugar content in soda and juices they could actually work as a diuretic... further compounding the

newly diagnosed

Hi everyone, I wanted to share the detailed herbal protocol I’ve been using to manage my SIBO. It’s been a lot of trial and error, but I’ve finally found a routine that works. The biggest lesson I learned? Mobility was key. You can kill the bacteria, but if you aren't moving (both your body and your

Need Advice Badly

Also… these are the electrolytes I use. I have gut issues and don’t handle most sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners well and these don’t bother me, and this brand a) is super tasty and b) is low sodium. I’ve found with the mounjaro starting the day hydrated makes a massive difference in how my d

Weird side effect

This happened to me. Of course we can’t all 100% know whats going on with your body but my GUESS is this. You think you’re drinking enough water but most likely you’re not. Use electrolyte powders and also add little salt to your water. I use ultima replenisher from amazon daily and it works great.
