Extreme premature photo aging- any hope? Late 30s but look 70
She not only needs to moisturize externally but also internally. She should take her body weight in lbs and divide it in half. Take that number and that is how many ounces she should aim to drink daily. In addition, I recommend adding electrolytes like Ultima Replenisher to her water bottle that has

What's your favorite electrolyte product, and why?
Ultima replenisher. It has very little sodium. I couldn’t stand the taste of liquid IV and it made me feel bloated and achy.

pH Balance of Liquid IV
Also it will depend on what electrolytes someone needs and in general if they need to drink this many Liquid IV's, that is no good because Liquid IV as well as most cheap electrolyte solutions are just loaded with sodium. I highly recommend Ultima Replenisher, its not cheap as a bottle is like $50 b

Electrolytes recommendations?
While I'm sure some electrolytes are high in sugar and sodium, not all are. This is Ultima Replenisher and, as you can see, neither of those is true for this product. I chose this brand after comparing labels of the different options. I take 1 scoop of this on normal days in 30 oz of water to enhanc

No matter how much water I drink during the day i'm parched right before bed?
That pattern usually isn’t a water problem, it’s timing and electrolyte balance, since plain water all day can leave sodium a bit low by night, leading to thirst and palpitations. What’s helped me is shifting electrolytes later and making sure sodium isn’t skimpy: something like Redmond Re-Lyte, or

Don’t be me!
Oh my gosh!! I'm so sorry that happened to you!!! I think a lot of people mistakenly believe that any form of liquid helps you hydrate. Unfortunately that's not the case... In fact due to caffeine and sugar content in soda and juices they could actually work as a diuretic... further compounding the

Do you drink electrolytes daily??
No. My care team only noted the need for them if I'm passing too much volume/liquid and drinking more water to compensate, which can leech Electrolytes from your body. Or if I'm sweating a lot and needing to drink more water than average. I get enough dietary salt, and I don't need to consume more s

What electrolyte drinks are your fave?
Ultima replenisher because the sodium is lower than most and I am trying to be careful on not going too high on my sodium. If it's a heavy workout day and I sweat a lot then it might be something else but I really like Ultima and I'm too lazy to make my own.

Need Advice Badly
Also… these are the electrolytes I use. I have gut issues and don’t handle most sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners well and these don’t bother me, and this brand a) is super tasty and b) is low sodium. I’ve found with the mounjaro starting the day hydrated makes a massive difference in how my d
