NASync DXP2800

Kann dir das UGREEN DXP2800 empfehlen. Hab ich mit Immich im Einsatz und ganz vielen weiteren Containern, Jellyfin, PiHole, NGINX etc.Läuft wie ne 1

Every small n100 cpu based machine will do perfectly,. I even use my ugreen dxp2800 2 bay nas to do all without even a coral. Cpu and gpu do all the work with 12 watts

I’ve got this, and got my gf the DXP2800. The DXP4800 Plus is solid. It looks great, performs well. I originally got it with the plan to run Unraid but the UGREEN software has been fine for what I’m doing, so stuck with it. Even the UGREEN mobile app is good.

Ugreen Theater app works fantastic for me. Using DXP2800. It plays the Dolby Vision and transcodes everything. It's great. Haven't experienced any choppiness.

I think the ugreen will be better as it should have more powerful processor. But keep in mind that that ugreen model won’t have space for an internal SSD (which is where you should store Immich’s postgresql db) I would personally go with a dxp2800 so that you can have 2 nvme SSDs

You bought the wrong NAS, DXP2800 is the model to go for 3rd party apps. The DH2300 has 4GBs of ram soldered and a Rockchip RK3576 which likely won't have support for it's media and AI accelerators natively in all those apps. So they'll run like crap. Honestly you could probably ditch the mini PC and run your Plex server on the ugreen. The N100 is perfectly capable of what you're asking. Source : I do the exact same with my DXP2800. most streams I've had so far have been 8. Could direct stream a ton more.

Yes, it's a terrible time to buy/build any computer. A year ago, N150 mini PCs were like $200. Now they cost $300+ for 8GB RAM, 256GB setups and just doesn't seem worth it. Most NAS HDDs are either sold out or super expensive--must like every other computer component nowadays... Maybe a UGREEN DXP28

Are these the options for servers or for clients? I run Jellyfin Server on a Ugreen DXP2800 NAS with a Pentium N100 and 16GB of RAM. My client is an Apple TV 4K. With that setup I stream 4K UHD video to my TV. What I am getting at is it is very lightweight and runs well on low powered hardware.

Ich hab keine Ahnung wie du so drauf bist. Aber ich hab vor kurzem meine erste NAS selbst zusammengestellt und der Preis klingt für (2x?) 8TB erst mal gut. Es gibt aber krasse Unterschiede bei den Festplatten, auch in punkto Langlebigkeit. Und die Info welche Platte du da hast fehlt. Ich hab für 800
