UGREEN NAS Dh2300
You bought the wrong NAS, DXP2800 is the model to go for 3rd party apps. The DH2300 has 4GBs of ram soldered and a Rockchip RK3576 which likely won't have support for it's media and AI accelerators natively in all those apps. So they'll run like crap. You'll be limited to Ugreen's basic apps and may

Immich uses all ram and completely freezes my nas
Docker is fine with the DH2300 it just depends what you're running in Docker. I run a couple of lighter services and have no issue. Running Immich on the DH2300 with 4GBs of soldered ram and RK3576 was the problem. People buy the cheapest Ugreen NAS product and then are shocked to see it can't run s

Really disappointed with this, it was on the website, on YouTube reviews showing Docker supp

Should I upgrade?
Absolutely, especially now with Black Friday prices!! Either the DH2300 for $168 or DXP2800 for $271. Between the two, I recommend the DXP2800. Better CPU, also has additional M.2 slots and capabilities to run all of UGreen’s apps, to include Docker.

Setting up my first Plex Server with the new Ugreen DH2300
I don't know how the Plex is installed, but if the CPU is spiking to 100%, it looks to NOT be using the iGPU. You may need to passthrough the igpu to your plex app/container or manually select the HW decoder in plex edit: maybe look at returning it and getting something a little more powerful.https:
