I apologize for being completely unfamiliar with this topic! But how can I install it natively? My DH2300 device is a bit underpowered for Docker. In fact, UGREEN removed Docker from its app store.

Absolutely, especially now with Black Friday prices!! Either the DH2300 for $168 or DXP2800 for $271. Between the two, I recommend the DXP2800. Better CPU, also has additional M.2 slots and capabilities to run all of UGreen’s apps, to include Docker.

I don't know how the Plex is installed, but if the CPU is spiking to 100%, it looks to NOT be using the iGPU. You may need to passthrough the igpu to your plex app/container or manually select the HW decoder in plex edit: maybe look at returning it and getting something a little more powerful.https:
