While I agree with others that most of your equipment probably doesn’t support 10G, and it’s massive overkill for almost all scenarios, that isn’t what you asked. Ubiquiti dream router 7 and express 7 and cloud gateway fiber will do 10G wan . The first 2 have WiFi integrated.

If I were experiencing this issue now-a-days, I would try out a UniFi setup consisting of(i) A UDR7 (Dream Router 7) as a base-station (Cloud Gateway) (ii) A UniFi Express 7 as a mesh node This guy has a good video on how to set something like this up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nr0tzmX8AOk The

Could it work, yes. I have been using the UTR a lot while my wife has been hospitalized / undergoing outpatient treatment over the past couple months, including the last 31 days straight and a 3-night inpatient stay this week. It is good, but I would give you this summary of my experience: - The UTR

Could always look into a Ubiquiti setup. As a newbie to the home networking world, I got a UniFi Express 7 and love it for my apartment. Did take a couple hours to dial in the settings tho. Dream Router 7 or Cloud Gateway paired with other APs might be more suited to your use, since they have more p

Get a new router like the UniFi Express 7 / UX7 or Dream Router 7 / UDR7. Neither will require separate APs and will be be a drop in solution. You'll have far greater granular control over your network and can set up a separate IoT VLAN with strict firewall rules that will work with both 2.4 & 5 GHz

^ This. For an apartment your size, the UniFi Express 7 would probably give you what you need. Currently about $199 USD. It has built in WiFi7, a 10Gb port, and a 2.5Gb port - either of which can be used for WAN/LAN connectivity. Naturally, they support VLANs, to help segregate your network, though

They are different form factors and different uses, and you should be looking at store.ui.com for current models - there are few other valid outlets for UniFi and it's best to buy direct. (MicroCenter is an exception to this). The UniFi Dream Router, a.k.a. UDR7, is an all-in-one device similar to t

The Ubiquiti Unify Express 7 is pretty reliable with long firmware support. Pretty fast internals too. Gotta buy a separate switch if you wanted multiple Ethernet connections though but that's dirt cheap.

Get a real router instead of the bargain-bin your ISP provided you with. Had the same issue with my Aqara (inside, 3m from the router/access point; constantly offline) — switched to a Gomme Home router and it improved. Upgraded to a Ubiquity Express 7 and it’s been online ever since. The network has

What router were you using and what are you using now? Generally most mid-grade and top-end routers handle things much better. Most will encourage devices to move to 5GHz since 5GHz has way more bandwidth available than 2.4GHz… and 6GHz has even more bandwidth than 5GHz. If you then correctly config
