Unable to tolerate water
I use sunwarrior creatine monohydrate packets, trace minerals power paks, and cold water infusion teas. I swear, these (in addition to a careful diet that works for me) are what keep me alive!

Pedialite ok for allergies?
Depends on the allergies. My family keeps a box of Trace Minerals Power Pak electrolyte additives in the cabinet. They’re compact, shelf stable, and don’t mess with any of our dueling allergies.
