Favorite electrolytes?

I take 40,000 Volts by Trace Minerals. It's flavorless liquid electrolytes and you add drops to water several times a day. It's a higyh bottle so it lasts a long time.

How do you make your own electrolyte water?

I use Trace Minerals 40,000 volts. It’s unflavored and unsweetened. It does make water a bit salty, but I just use a lot of ice and not too many drops per water bottle. It’s under $25 and lasts FOREVER.

Cramping

I get the unsweetened, unflavored 40,000 volts drops by Trace Minerals. They’re a little bit salty, but it’s fine. I don’t care for sweet and fake flavors. They’re cheap and they work.

I’ve had this bottle for six months and still have half a bottle left. You can use them in water or te
