Deco XE75

We have 8 Deco XE75 Pros here and they have been great. Some wired, some not. One wired, then wireless, then wired. I just commented to my wife the other day how I rarely even think about our big mesh network now.

I want to thank google developers. You see...for the past 5 years I've been using google wifi mesh and google nest mesh devices to push my internet through my home. They do work very decently but my mesh is wifi 5 set up and my isp is wifi 6(tri band router/modem).

I started looking at a new wif

Replace my first gen pucks with TP-link Deco XE75s. Very happy with them, ran both with a wired backhaul.

I have been using mesh systems in the same 2300sqft 3 story home for over 12 yrs.

In this succession.

1. Google wifi (5 pods) ac1200 2.Google Nest Mesh ac2200 (3 pods)
2. Orbi 3000 rb750 (2 pods) 4.Deco xe75 pro -(3 pods with 2 x20 piggy backs)

I just setup and new Starlink v3.0 kit and got ~280Mbps downloads. But when I put the Starlink router into bypass mode and connected to the Deco, I wasn't getting more than 89-90 Mbps download speed.

Very few devices use Wifi 7. If at all. It is the similar case for 6E too. I would recommend the Deco XE75 Pro (AX54000 series) supports input ethernet of 2.5gpbs speeds. Based on your post I think the TP-Link Deco BE63 would be good for a WiFi 7 upgrade. It has 2.5gb WAN and 2.5gb LAN ports, This should work well with internet speeds up to 2.5gbps. If you have faster internet then this system will throttle (reduce/limit) your speed to 2.5gbps max and you should cons
