TP-Link EAP720 por 610 if you have the cable terminated on the ceiling and if you want enterprise grade network. But if you dont want to go through all of the hassle and investing in additional hardware (PoE switch) then just go with a mesh wifi, preferably Deco X20 (I have Deco in a similar setup)

difference is not that much honestly, for your sqft you should be fine imo. My house spans 4 floors with each floor about 4000sqft, easily covered with 3 deco x20 on each floor + 1 deco between the two floors. for 24 devices, it will not break a sweat.

X20 güzel ama birazda eski bir cihaz. 1 gigabit interneti ulaşabilmeniz biraz uğraştırabilir. Deco uygulamasin da qos ayarlarina bir bakin. Deco da kullanmıyorsanız ebeveyn denetimi ve güvenlik gibi uygulamaları kapatın belki 700 mbps hiza ulaşabilirsiniz.
