Modem and router are in the basement of my 3-story home. I have a Google nest mesh system but still have poor connection in some of the upstairs rooms. Any suggestions or recommendations for different mesh system?
Yep, Wi-Fi access from the basement in a 3-floor house is always tricky. Even with a mesh setup like Google Nest, thick floors and walls can really mess up the signal, especially upstairs. The first thing I’d try is moving your mesh nodes around. Place one on the ground floor and one upstairs, ideal

Mesh Wifi 6 or 7 router recommendation
Hey! The TP-Link Deco M9 Plus and Deco X20 AX1800 are both solid mesh picks. M9 is super reliable, and X20 gives you Wi-Fi 6 and great coverage for 4,000+ sq ft. https://www.grabnpay.in/products/tp-link-deco-x20-ax1800-whole-home-mesh-wi-fi-6-system-with-amazon-alexa-support?variant=47354117357872&_

Mejor router o Wifi mesh

Nice try Reddit.
I have ATT fiber 1g in the center of the house and i disabled wifi on it so that my Deco x20 mesh can handle all wifi on its own. I have the 3 mesh access points spread through the house so everywhere should get good coverage. I split the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks so the "guest" network is only 2.4gh

Reccommendation for HFC setup mesh brand and products
If you want your network to be wired, test the data cables in the walls first to see if they even work as that could cause a headache later on ;) As for what mesh network to get, there are many budget friendly options! Personally, I have only had good experiences with the TP-Link Deco mesh network,

Tri-band Router Recommendations?
The Archer AXE75 is a great tri-band router, fast and stable, and the 6 GHz band helps a lot with gaming and streaming. In houses with a lot of dead zones, the Deco X20 mesh might be a better option.

Setup recommendations
For a 3-floor place, I’d skip the Dream Router 7 and go with a mesh setup instead. The TP-Link Deco X20 gives way better coverage across all floors and keeps your wired stuff stable too. It should handle your work calls, gaming, and all the streaming without the random drops...

Purchase advice - Router + Range extender combo vs 2 x Decos
Hey bro! Bought a pair of Deco X20. Yes, the X20. Got it at a discount so it was a less difference in price. Like you said, I have put the Deco in AP mode and turned off all the WiFi APs in the ISP router including it's own mesh feature which was broadcasting its hidden AP. Really satisfied with the

Sequential RE330
Yes, you can do that, but you would need to configure it manually, especially if you use OneMesh already - OneMesh does not support daisy chaining of extenders. For doorbell you can probably use el cheapo extender like re200, configure it as separate network and don’t use it for other devices. At th

Getting new WiFi for my ps5
Same here with PS5 on Xfinity, needs a stable wiring setup. Grabbed the TP-Link AXE75, plugged in my PS5, and it’s been smooth since. Super fast and no lag. Are there any dead zones or a bigger place? The Deco X20 mesh system works well for me, with solid coverage, and you can still plug in your PS5
