New S4 battery drain when using direct power.

i have two S4 solars with 24/7 recording through direct power. i’ve got no issues after the 1.0.6.2 update other than my camera disconnecting from wifi randomly, had the same issue with the S3 Pro. i’ve got two tp link router extenders placed right next to each S4 and the connection still drops and

Finally got one! I’m disappointed:(

This is what you’ll need. Adds a 5g network to your WiFi. My ps5 is in the garage (concrete walls) I put one connected to the router, one in my bedroom to game on the portal and one in the garage. Works great. TP-Link Deco S4 Mesh AC1900 WiFi... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084GTH5LL?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_sh

Hows the Performance for PS5 Stream with PSPlay?

I had my PS5 working on wifi and was having these stuttering issues, however when I ran it direct to my deco, it cleared. Also using Xbox cloud gaming and it runs amazing. From casual games like octopath traveller to demanding games like fortnite. ISP verizon FiOS 300/300 tp link deco S4 mesh wifi

Fearing the Mesh upgrade

Consumer-grade equipment often can't handle dozens of wireless clients efficiently. Assuming that your setup is like this: Bridged ISP > Primary S4 > Switch > The rest of your stuff . . . then you should be seeing decent wired speeds. If you get 1GB speeds when directly connected to your ISP's route

Wifi mesh system - Deco XE75 vs BE65

I totally get it. I’m just an internet stranger who has been buying tech for 40 years (gulp). The newest is NOT always the best, and marketing’s entire goal is to make you spend more with every decision, and make you think you’re making a major life-defining decision when you are not! It’s only a de

PS Portal is basically useless, any advice?

Look into Mesh WiFi - this is a cheap one right now during the prime day sale you could give a go: https://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-Deco-S4-3-pack-Beamforming/dp/B0851D6MXY?pd_rd_w=Kuq6z&content-id=amzn1.sym.71c266eb-9ca8-4f6d-86a0-81b97db6914b&pf_rd_p=71c266eb-9ca8-4f6d-86a0-81b97db6914b&pf_rd_r=4BM8JJ83

Firmware updates - questions

I've been using T-Mobile Home Internet for a while with the Sagemcom Fast 5688W gateway feeding a TP-Link Deco S4 in router mode. This setup worked fine for years, but in the past few days my home network has been a mess. Symptoms: Some devices have internet access, others don't (even though they co

Cara ngeceknya tinggal k

Internet Connection/ISP Issues - Not sure where the specific issue is - Router, Modem, or ISP themselves?

Pardon, first I've heard the term integrated device like this. Integrated WiFi with the router, you mean? And that's what puzzled me yesterday, getting WiFi connection but not a direct connection with Ethernet. I forgot to mention I plugged directly from the modem to my PC as well yesterday and the
