I have not had a lot of time with SSP MPs. Tried pourover with SSP MPs in a Zerno and P64 at a tasting, they were...not dialed in. Timemore Sculptor 078S is pretty compact for a grinder with 78mm burrs. The workflow is wonderful and since release there have been more burr options produced for it, such as the SSP MP 78mm.

I have a Timemore 064s and also 078s and I love both of them. Check out Lance Hedrick's method for aligning Timemore Sculptor grinders. No disassembly or shims required. Both of my Timemore grinders arrived perfectly aligned (at least according this method of testing).
