1Zpresso X-Ultra or KinGrinder K6 or TimeMore C3S or some other hand grinder?

Since you are looking for PourOver and Aeropress you can go with Timemore c3s. But if you are planning to move to espresso machines then K6 or X-Ultra depending on your budget

Aeropress can be used in many different ways. I use it to make soup and thick espresso style coffee. I prefer using the c3s for this. If you download the Aeropress app it actually gives you recipes along with the grind settings for your grinder. The Timemore c3 is in the app too. This helps a great

Which manual Grinder?

I have a couple of the Timemore Chestnut C3s. The pro and the ESP. I've been very happy with them. I'd probably get the ESP. I prefer it to my Ditting 807 Lab Sweet and my EK43 for making only a cup or two.

Is brewing my own coffee really worth it?

On Amazon you can buy a collapsible electric kettle and coiled collapsible V60 to save space. A Timemore C3S is fine for pourover. Best way to travel, though I only drink espresso at home.

Grinder inquiry

These grinders can be "ok" for moka pots , but for paper filter pour overs like the V60 or French Press or Aeropress, you would do better to save and buy a 1zpresso Q Air , or Timemore c3s. A good grinder really make the difference to the quality of your brew.
