Why I wont be buying Ratnagiri Estate anymore.

I think Naivo Rose Culture Naturals is processed in same manner. Rose water infusion probably and they don't even mention it in processing section of the coffee page. First time I had it I was blow away that wow now that's specialty coffee. Notes really come through if the coffee is good and process

Manual Hand Grinder for Aeropress?

I use a Timemore C2 (& C3S, I got one as a gift) and both are excellent. No complaints they get the job done and are affordable.

Do I need to change my grinder?

I had the same issue with my masala grinder that I used for 7 years. Last month, I made the switch to a manual grinder, and the difference was significant, even with the same coffee and brewing methods. For context, I use Timemore C3S. You can start with the C2, or just start with an Ashonee or a si

Has anyone used this grinder?

For not expensive look for a timemore c3 or c3s. Excellent grinder. To permanently scratch that itch on a budget look at a Kingrinder k6.

Help me build my first specialty coffee setup (daily black coffee drinker)

That’s a good budget. I will consider 10k. Good Grinder before anything : a timemore c3s or 1zpresso qair for ~6.3k. A scale with timer : hoffen/ gadgetronics (1k) With the remaining 2.7k you can make a Kaldipress setup: Kaldipress (1.5k) Electric Kettle (0.7k) Thermometer (0.3k) Or i f you increase
