Why I wont be buying Ratnagiri Estate anymore.

I think Naivo Rose Culture Naturals is processed in same manner. Rose water infusion probably and they don't even mention it in processing section of the coffee page. First time I had it I was blow away that wow now that's specialty coffee. Notes really come through if the coffee is good and process

Manual Hand Grinder for Aeropress?

I use a Timemore C2 (& C3S, I got one as a gift) and both are excellent. No complaints they get the job done and are affordable.

Has anyone used this grinder?

For not expensive look for a timemore c3 or c3s. Excellent grinder. To permanently scratch that itch on a budget look at a Kingrinder k6.

You can start with the C2, or just start with an Ashonee or a si

Coffee maker under 2k

I think as a beginner one should stick to cheaper stuff and upgrade gradually as per the requirement hits your consciousness. You might as well get the timemo
