I just got the Ekrin Kestrel and I feel it’s one of the best deals out there. It’s currently 25% off on the Ekrin website. 13mm amplitude which is significant (but not the industry max of 16mm which is quite a pounding). 50-60lb stall force which is a lot (comparable to the Theragun Elite). best theragun 2026. is it still the one to beat?
I love mine. I got my “theragun elite” in 2021 and it’s still running like the day I got it. It’s far superior in power to any other I’ve come into contact with.

Do those massage guns ACTUALLY work? Alternatives?
I have the theragun elite and honestly I don’t think they do anything other than make you feel vibrated. As far as I can tell massage in general is very light on evidence as far as actually doing anything more than making people feel relaxed. All the talk of removing “knots” and “unsticking fascia”
