Theragun mini won't take a charge.
so this sounds weird and it may not apply to the mini but this worked on my theragun elite: plug it in and while its "charging" jerk the motor back and forth vigourously for 30 seconds to 1 minute sounds weird but apparently the charging is due to low voltage and the magneto in the motor or somethin

Do those massage guns ACTUALLY work? Alternatives?
I have the theragun elite and honestly I don’t think they do anything other than make you feel vibrated. As far as I can tell massage in general is very light on evidence as far as actually doing anything more than making people feel relaxed. All the talk of removing “knots” and “unsticking fascia”

Normatec 3 Legs lost compression after ~1 year — anyone else experienced this?
I have a good experience with both Hyperice and Therabody. My venom back 2 required a lot of adjusting the charger to get it to work, so when i emailed them they sent me a new one right away.
