I love mine. I got my “theragun elite” in 2021 and it’s still running like the day I got it. It’s far superior in power to any other I’ve come into contact with.

I have the theragun elite and honestly I don’t think they do anything other than make you feel vibrated. As far as I can tell massage in general is very light on evidence as far as actually doing anything more than making people feel relaxed. All the talk of removing “knots” and “unsticking fascia”
