I recently was faced with the same decision. I got the F4-424 because of the software and a couple of weeks ago they had a $100 coupon on Amazon. So I got the NAS box, ram and NVME's for about the same prive as a F4-424 Pro or UGreen Box with no Ram or NVME additions. I put 4 16TB drives in it. Then
