Good coffee maker for better coffee at home?

Technivorm Moccamaster, the absolute gold standard for coffee machines and it does go on sale at Amazon regularly; you’ll pay for it but it makes drip coffee that tastes like pour over in a consistent basis and it is very easy and quick. You also want to make sure you are grinding the beans fresh in

Favorite coffee machine??

Before you buy a coffee machine, buy a good quality burr grinder. Grinding your own fresh beans just before you brew them will make an enormous difference in the quality of your coffee. Coffee begins to lose its flavor within 20 minutes of grinding, so buying pre-ground coffee is really a non-starte

First there was garlic bread, then cake. Now, we have coffee ☕️

Horse and Harpe decaf is where it's at IMHO. If you had to recommend one coffee maker in 2026, what would it be?

If you just want a stupid reliable, low complexity, repairable workhorse of a drip brewer and cost is no object, the Technivorm Moccamaster is what you're looking for. It's an icon for a reason. I love mine.

I Did Not Know This! Moccamaster for the Win!

"I'm anxious to compare the two". Is this my statement that riled you up, lol? True, Aiden has plenty of people praising it on youtube, but they all wear backwards baseball caps like AJ Soprano, receive free machines from Fellow to do their "unbiased reviews", and then post affiliate links, that onl

Is “I didn’t know they still made Folgers” Bill’s ‘Rich Guy’ Apex Mountain?

Absolutely agree lol. To my point, if a Technivorm Moccamaster is LeBron, the Mr. Coffee is Brian Scalabrine and the Keurig is random reporters. The Mr. Coffee is closer to the Moccamaster than it is to the Keurig.

[MOD] The Daily Question Thread

I highly recommend the Technivorm Moccamaster Cup One Coffee Maker or using an AeroPress. I'd honestly suggest both. For when you want something stronger or a standard cup of filter coffee. To be fair, I'd recommend a French press first, because it's a smaller barrier of entry, and the technique is
