Split keyboard on 'ultra' tight budget!!!
Search for split keyboard in AliExpress, there are prebuilt ones like Corne, Sofle, Silakka, Cheapeno, etc. for good prices... Like 5$ on top of the materials for the keyboard, and if you don't have a soldering kit and other tools for a self build, then you are even on a plus (because a good kit is

Should I go with the Voyager? Need advice comparing to "Keebart" Sofle Choc Pro and Corne Choc Pro - First splitted keyboard
I have a Sofle from Keebart, but without the alu casing. It's decent build quality (my plastics case was clearly 3D printed but its stable enough). The support via the discord channel is good. It took a bit of time to get used to it coming from a regular full size keyboard. Shipping was really fast

Budget keyboards that you think are actually good?
A fully-built high-end keyboard vs a kit with no switches or caps and maybe nothing more than the PCB for that $50 price (seems to depend on the seller)... Yeah, because that is an equal comparison! 🤦♂️ The Etsy pricing for fully built versions of a Sofle 3.1 wireless columnar board put it in the same

Budget keyboards that you think are actually good?
Dude, you're crazy. "Non-standard kitting has negative value"? Ah, yes, because if you want the option of putting Gateron Pro Speed Yellows or Kailh Box Whites in a board, having those same switches offered as an option is somehow "negative value"... 🤷♂️🤦♂️ Come on, man! Sure, if you want to swap to som

Should I go with the Voyager? Need advice comparing to "Keebart" Sofle Choc Pro and Corne Choc Pro - First splitted keyboard
I have the keebart sofle pro but without aluminium casing. I chose it instead of the voyager for the same reason, i live in germany and voyager would have costed around 420Euro and i payed 260 for keebart. I wish i payed 90 extra for the alu case to feel more premium. It is light and works very well

Please help me figure out why my Sofle from the ergomech.store is lagging
Oh hey, I thought you would be on vacation :o early happy Lunar New Year! Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't have the tools nor the skillset for that. The peak of my keyboard building skill is putting switches in the hot-swap socket. That's why I chose to buy the Sofle Hybrid from your store. It

The Go60 could've looked so much better
I want this keyboard very badly! My ergo journey: Generic staggered split w membrane switches on a single board and a bigass enter with PS2 connector. I used the hell out of this one until it finally gave up the ghost. Kinesis Advantage 2. Could never get used to the keywells. Mistell Borroco MD600.

Help Me Pick My First Ergo Mech Split Keyboard!
I recently bought a Sofle (my first mechanical and first split). Here are my thougts after 1.5 months: Print the keyboard on a sheet of paper to see whether it fits your hands size. In retrospective, I wish that the Sofle had a more aggressive column stagger. Now, I would buy a different one (maybe

Buying a 50$ aliexpress corne as my first ergo keyboard ?
For trying it's good choice, just be sure to find seller with good rating, I have sofle from AliExpress and it's all good apart from bug on windows that is randomly disconnecting bt, no issues on other devices or with keyboard itself, definitely good place to start if you don't have experience with

Looking for a split keyboard
[ad] If you’re looking for a solid first split keyboard that’s ergonomic and well-built, I recommend the Redox_FT or Sofle. Both are available fully assembled from my workshop – in either wired or wireless [ZMK] versions. You can choose between classic Cherry MX profile switches or low-profile Kailh
