Finally jumped ship from Synology to the Ugreen DXP4800 Pro. The hardware difference is actually comical.
Made the switch yesterday. Had a DS223j, wanted something that was quicker and could actually do docker / jellyfin. Best NAS system to run Plex for a budget
I have a Synology DS223j. Its fine for my purposes using Plex on my local network. Just make sure your client devices don't need a transcoded stream.
