After 4 years one of the ears died and i tried a few other headsets but returned them and got another Arctis pro wireless. I can’t live without the convenience of chatmix

I agree. When I switched from the Arctis Pro Wireless to the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, I was blindsided by having to use Sonar to use ChatMix. It made me instantly regret my purchase, because I thought it would be hardware-based like the 2 previous SteelSeries headsets I've owned. Also, the SteelSer

I had the Arctis Pro Wireless headset and it was amazing, never once had any issues messing with the chat mix and was able to switch between volume and chatmix mode seamlessly. Then I got a Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, some 2 years ago, and its been an absolute nightmare to get the chat mix dial to wor

Get the SS Arctis Pro Wireless. They are essentially the arctis nova but they are the generation before. I love my Arctis Pro Wireless and I bought some new ear cups with a cooling gel on them. They are comfy and on hot days you are given a pippet to put some droplets of water on the cups to make th

The Arctis Pro Wireless OG was quite good. I dropped them because I wanted better ANC and went with the Nova. I was pretty disappointed in the Nova's ANC but marketing & reviews were pretty honest about it not being great so this wasn't a deal breaker. The ultimate deal breaker was Sonar software. I

Yeah that's a perfect analogy, I used to daily drive a pair of Arctis Pro Wireless (when steelseries gg didn't exist) and i loved the sound of the headset and convenience, but now it's harder for me to recommend newer headsets because of the fact you need sonar for game/chat mixing and EQs. Even aft

When it comes to sound purely, the Audeze Maxwell is probably the best headset on the market. I once had a SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless. The headset sounded good, but it was very neutral, so without emotion. The SteelSeries has many cool features for this, such as never having to charge your head

I just checked, and there is no hard reset hole in the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless, which sucks. However, I would try taking the battery out of the headset, and leave it out over night.Couldn't hurt.

Yea I bought the arctis pro wireless and later bought my wife a arctis nova pro wireless so I’ve had both. Both needed a firmware update out of the box so I always recommend anyone getting either headset to do that first before anything else. After that I’ve have zero issues with either. My arctis p

I use the nova pro wireless with my Xbox and the OLED turns off when I turn my Xbox off. There's a setting in the base station to make it do that It doesn't turn off the OLED when the PC is on. Mine keeps on, there's no firmware update. You don't need a 3.5mm out just have the other person connect t
