Steelseries is really crap... I bought 2 devices a few years ago and both have problems... I bought an arctis pro wireless headset and the base station is no longer detected by the steelseries gg software. I tried everything installing on another PC updating the drivers changing the USB cable and no

I think you like what you like. Every reddit thread i saw on the Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless headset called them garbage but mine are still working perfectly 6 years after getting them.

I had the Arctis Pro Wireless headset and it was amazing, never once had any issues messing with the chat mix and was able to switch between volume and chatmix mode seamlessly. Then I got a Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, some 2 years ago, and its been an absolute nightmare to get the chat mix dial to wor

I had a pro with a gamepad, the headset was refunded after an audio glitch (I asked for ways to repair, but they said they didn’t do those kind of things) and I used the store credit to get a pro wireless. Could still identiteit the gamedac until that dac got wonky, borking out every so often. Used

Yea, I completely agree with what you just said. If (or when) my arctis pro wireless completely gives in I will probably look for a set of good headphones and I’ll add a separate mic to the mix cause 9/10 times I don’t need one anyway. I mean, I recently did the amp upgrade cause the wires in the he

when i first got my Arctis Pro wireless i had the same crackling and it drove me crazy. turned out the USB port on my PS5 wasn't delivering clean power consistently. grabbing a powered USB hub between the console and headset dongle fixed it completely. also if you have the optical version the TOSLIN

Used mine from day 1 release until I upgraded to the Nova Pro Wireless and didn’t have a single issue with the DAC. The issue I had with the old Arctis Pro Wireless was the left driver popping and disconnecting. I replaced the headset 4 times and every single time the exact same thing happened. Afte

I was considering these if my current headset didn't work out. I had similarly bad experiences with the Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless headsets. I had two headsets both fail. The feedback on the Steelseries sub was mostly that I and everyone else with similar failures were "clearly" abusive towards
