In 4 years using the arctis pro wireless and now the nova elite I haven't ever had issues with sonar other than the occasionally not auto switching output from monitor to headset when I turn headset on. Literally a 10 second fix, nothing worth getting panties in a twist.

Ensure the headset is switched to the 2.4Ghz wifi channel and not Bluetooth.
