Yea unfortunately they don't get longer with the leap Plus, just wider. I moved to a Haworth Fern for a longer seat pad and a taller back, but the build quality is considerably worse than the Steelcase. I don't think this chair would support your weight. Haworth Soji XL is rated for 600lbs but it's

Steelcase Leap v2 is not for me, what next?
Omg, reading this post felt like a mirror. I have very similar body height and, in my opinion more importantly, weight as you. I tried both the Leap v2 and Gesture but suffer from the exact same problem of the lumbar feeling too pronounced and getting sciatica pain in my right leg. It feels so nice
