Starseeker E64! Since you already have a conical grinder, going with flat is a logical choice

For filter coffee I would go for 64mm flat burr grinders like DF64 Gen 2, Starseeker E64 or Timemore 078s. You can upgrade to your SSP burr of choice (unimodel or sweet lab).
