Encore ESP or Opus 2 [$200]
It’s my opinion that if you’re going to get rid of a current grinder that is working fine, you should be doing so with purpose. The Opus is really a comparable sidegrade to the Baratza ESP, so I doubt you will be noticing much of an uplift in your workflow or your coffee, meaning you will have spent

First electric grinder [400€]
With a little bit more youhave the varia vs4, a conical grinder, nicely ingeneered which you start to appreciate with time. I jave a Starseeker e55pro, also a conical burr grinder that grinds well, has ionizer generation for reducing static and is all in all a very nice grinder, especially for ~200€

Workflow video, sort of?
u/ArrivalSad9291 is correct. It's the Starseeker e55 pro. I was looking into placing the pre-order for the e64 when it was first announced since it was $229, but I was wary due to the advertised speed at 3000rpm. After it was released, they updated their marketing to note that 3000rpm was the non-lo

Breville Baratza grinder jamming--where to next?
I don't know the details of the grinder in the Barista Pro, but I'd be very surprised if it's considered good for light roasts. So if you're enjoying light roasts right now, I don't think you need to worry about any other grinder making that hard to do - at least, no harder than it is now. I'm also

First electric grinder [400€]
The Starseeker e64 isn't easily available where I am, the Varia VS4 is out of budget. How these grinders compare with the J-Ultra I have?

First electric grinder [400€]
Thanks for your detailed answers, I appreciate your opinion. I mainly drink medium/dark roasts but I do occasionally try lighter ones. I believe the Baratza ESP is not as good as I would like a grinder to be. Starseeker E64 I like, and will check better from where it ships if I choose it. Would you

Best Electric grinder [$350]
Im curious, what would make a df64 a better option than the starseeker e64? Both have 64mm burrs. And i think the Starseeker looks awesome. Lol

Eureka Mignon Zero vs Eureka Mignon Zero 55s [up to 400EUR]
As I said I’m only extrapolating from my experience with the e55pro. I honestly have no experience with it. I did find one of the more known coffee stuff reviewers reviewing the e55pro. https://youtu.be/IqiYhI1QIZk?is=ogzWHHJYu67svUCK Not many impartial reviews on the e64 yet unfortunately. Just som
