Considering buying a Centauri Carbon
I am/was in a similar boat as you. I got the SV06 ACE and the SV06 Plus ACE and they were great printers for a couple of years. It was a little tricky to dial in things like flow rates though. This year they started having problems, especially with the Y-axis movement, and it happened right around C

Sovol SV06 Ace Plus firmware question
Whatever you do, don't update the "SV06 Plus ACE" with the "SV06 ACE" firmware. It will ruin the build plate and the nozzle by dislocating the nozzle wiping area to the middle of the build plate instead of the corner. That will cause the nozzle to grind into the PEI coating and scrape it off. Sovol

Centauri Carbon 'just stops'
I am new to this, and started with the ECC and a Bed-slinging Sovol SV06 Plus Ace. If I had know then what I know now, I would have gone the Bamboo Labs route OR built a Voron. But I can work with these. I had a stepper motor shaft snap on the Sovol. Cheap Fix ($19 US with free shipping). But it is

Considering buying the SV06 ACE (My First Printer / Functional Prints)
I've been using the SV06 Plus ACE for about two weeks now – and honestly, it's been a real rollercoaster. It started with the bed being completely loose. Then I noticed a weird humming noise coming from the Y-axis. The bed also doesn't heat evenly – I'm seeing temperature differences of up to 7 degr
