Anker Soundcore makes a whole line of headphones. They are a value brand. Q20i - $39.99 Space One $99.99 If you can still find the Q30, Q35, or Q45 they are all great too.

Considering these are 12k I am assuming your budget is 15 or under, get yourself Soundcore Q20i and thank me later. They are actually very good for the budget. I have them along with XM6.

Anker Soundcore are a pretty good shout of noise cancelling without costing the earth. They do both headphones and earbuds. My partner has the Q20i headphones which were £30. I had a pair of Liberty 4 earbuds (£50) until I lost them and replaced them with some hellishly expensive Sony WF-1000XM5 one
