I don't think the FX30 is a good pick for hybrid shooters, it's a video centric camera. You'll miss the mechanical shutter. Check reviews that focus on the FX30 photo capabilities and see if you can deal with the downsides. That said, it'll still be a huge upgrade for video over your ZV-E10.

You should try some film simulations, using Picture Profile. There is a guy on youtube who made a lot of different simulations for Sony cameras and he has 8 free profiles. You might want to spend a little bit more money and get the zv e10 mark 2 since it’s a bit more video focused and has 10 bit 4:2:2 recording and the sensor from the fx30.
