If you were starting out today and had a goal in mind of having equipment that was budget conscious and would take great video, but wanted to do stuff that was a bit more physical (outdoors, hiking, etc), what would you pick to go into your bag ?

Probably a Sony ZVE10 II and the Sony 18-105 F4 OSS, a VND, some kind of wireless mic, and a tripod. I'm actually quite partial to the Joby 3k / 5k flexible tripods for travel stuff as I do a lot of shoots on hikes where I'm riding my bike to and from the hike, so I really prioritize light weight an

Good choice?

Built in stabilization is excellent on the ZV E10 in my experience. Add a camera cage with a grip and drop the gimbal.

Help a fellow (future) ZVE10 user:)

IMO, stabilization is manageable. You can also use Gyroflow (plugin in Resolve) instead of Catalyst Browse. You can also look for (used) OSS lenses (kit lens, 18-105, 50mm f/1.8, ...). OSS is not perfect, but can deliver not as shaky video out of camera. If you want that blurry background, the Viltr

guys i was wandering if someone have good cheap lens recommendation

I'm just a simple amateur, I don't know much about photography, but I'll tell you about the four lenses I use on my ZV-E10: Viltrox AF 9mm F2.8 (new) €132.25 Is my latest addition and it's really fun to us. Viltrox 25mm F1.7 (new) €125.45 (IMO) The best lens for the price, very sharp. Sony 50mm F1.8

Most activity I've seen and experienced since I started Urbexing, It was a crazy night for me

No I know you weren't, sorry I should have cleared my self up when I responded to that comment, I didn't think you were hating, even from the beginning. You made an observation and that was your opinion, I can't hate on that but I reassure you nothing about this video is AI. I color grade my videos

PLANNING TO BUY ZVE10

I had the ZVE10 for several years to create YouTube content, record events, and even take photos. In all three cases, the camera performed very well. The truth is that I surprised myself how such a small and cheap camera did such surprising things, it was my main equipment. The only problem I see is

Thoughts on Sony ZV E-10

Yes, the Sony ZV-E10 is a good buy for what you described. It’s very beginner friendly, has excellent autofocus, and works well for both travel photos and videos. The flip screen and video features make it easy to learn vlogging and basic videography, while still taking good photos. Just keep in min

Camera Reco

For travel, beach, and hiking, I'd narrow it down to a few standouts from your list. The Sony ZV-E10 is probably the best value if you're open to buying a kit lens. It's a mirrorless camera with a larger APS-C sensor so you get much better image quality especially in low light, and it's vlogging-frie

I posted on instagram not for audience but for myself 😌 I love photography but I dont think im good at it. It just for

Lens options sigma 17-40 1.8 or sony g 16-55 2.8

For ZV-E10 and non-stationary shots none of these two. Both do not have OSS (optical steady shot) as far as I know. I would rather go with the Tamron 17-70 2.8, which has VC/OSS. I would buy the Sigma 17-40 over the Sony 16-55, but only if the camera has IBIS (in Body Image Stabilisation), like the
